Super Excellent service! The razor came with a factory defective blade. I called the customer service number, and a complete new razor was sent to me to replace the first one!! Great customer relations! I will buy again in the future.

The shaver does a good job as to its design——I compared it to my my Phillips Norelco travel shaver and it was equal in all respects!
The only problem is it is very easy to turn off while using due to
the on/off switch location and sensitivity when you adjust your hand hold!!
